Mitch’s passion for law surrounds his client’s wins in the court room. He started his legal career by enrolling at UNT Dallas College of Law in 2014. There, he earned an academic scholarship and was awarded the CALI Award in Evidence which is only given to the top student in the class.

His passion for advocacy grew in mock trial competitions, and internships with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and U.S. Department of Justice – U.S. Trustee Office Region VI. His trial and arbitration experience involve numerous cases of catastrophic injuries, and workplace trauma.

His talent for clearly explaining mechanisms of harm come from being a catcher in professional baseball, where staying healthy is a major focus. His background in professional sports provide unique insight, thanks to years of exposure to sports medicine and physical therapy.

As a Dallas Trial Lawyer, Mitch has taken on major commercial cases all the way to verdict. He has handled numerous jury trials in the district and county courts in Dallas Fort Worth. He has handled hundreds of depositions, and mediations.
